Two Grievance Boxes – one in the entrance of the Administrative office and another in the School of Distance Education of the University are kept. Students are invited to put their grievances in writing in the Grievance Box regarding all the academic matters/grievances. The Vice-Chancellor will go through the letters daily and the action taken details wills de placed in the Grievance Box Notice Board within a week time. Students can also approach the Vice-Chancellor through E-mail : greenboxbu@yahoo.co.in. Students are advised to make use of this facility.
