The Candidate should enclose   original and xerox copy of Government Gazette X Standard Mark Sheet (attested copy) H.S.C.Mark Sheet(attested copy) T.C.issued by the institution in which he/she studied previously (attested copy) a fee for Rs.325/- (including cost of application Rs.25/-) in the form of DD drawn in favour of the Registrar, Bharathiar University along with the application.   Name change will be effected only in the certificates to be issued by the University, after the approval of the name change by the Registrar, Bharathiar University.
