Invites academic institutions (Government/Aided/Private) affiliated to any University and other recognized and reputed academic institutions as partner institutions of center for participatory and online programmes to offer various UG and PG programmes as regular week-end programmes by conducting theory and practical classes making use of their faculty and facilities by entering into an agreement including that for resource sharing. Similarly, academic entrepreneurs with adequate infrastructural facilities are also invited to enter into an agreement to offer various courses (U.G., P.G., PG Diploma, Diploma and Certificate courses) online.

The last date for receipt of filled in applications with relevant documents for registration to offer courses from the ensuing Academic Year as participatory or online programmes will be 31st July 2009. Belated applications will be considered for registration but such institutions will be permitted to offer courses from subsequent academic years.

Institutions/ Colleges from the states of Karnataka, Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh have to submit their application through the Regional Coordinators. Institutions/ Colleges from the other states may send their application directly to The Dean, The Centre for Participatory and Online Programmes, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore 641 046.
